基于乡村振兴视角下农业院校毕业生在基层农技推广中的SWOT分析

摘　　要：党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略,要求加快推进农业供给侧结构性改革,大力发展现代农业,建设美丽乡村,培育新型农民,为广大农业院校毕业生提供了就业平台。基层农技推广对接高校、企业、政府和农村农民,把最新的农业科研成果转化成生产力,直接助力于农业农村发展,农民增收。在乡村振兴战略视角下,对农业院校毕业生在基层农技推广中的影响因素进行了SWOT分析并给出了相关建议,对于解决农村经济社会发展阶段性矛盾,保证乡村振兴战略实施开好局、起好步、打好基础,具有重要意义。The 19 th Nat ional Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy,which requires accelerating the agricultural supply side structural reform,vigorously developing modern agriculture,building beautiful villages,and cultivating new farmers,so as to provide employment platform for the agricultural college graduates.Grass roots agricultural technology promotion connects with universities,enterprises,governments and rural farmers,transforms the latest agricultural scientific research achievements into productivity,directly contributes to the development of agriculture and rural areas,and increases farmers’income.From the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy,this paper makes SWOT analysis on the influencing factors of agricultural college graduates in grass roots agricultural technology promotion,and gives relevant suggestions,which is of great significance to solve the contradictions in the stage of rural economic and social development,and ensure the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
