国审抗病优质棉花新品种金农308的选育

摘　　要：为了选育出抗病性强、纤维品质优良、抗逆性好、综合性状优良的棉花新品种,以具有海岛棉和瑟伯氏棉血统、抗逆性好、纤维品质优良的富亿农12号为亲本材料,利用其剩余变异,采用系统选育的方法,结合重病圃胁迫选择、旱薄盐碱地筛选、光合速率测定等,选育出抗病、优质、抗逆、高产棉花新品种金农308,2020年通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定。金农308在黄河流域棉区中熟常规品种区域试验中,子棉、皮棉产量分别较对照增产5.6%和4.8%;纤维上半部平均长度31.3 mm,断裂比强度31.8 cN/tex,马克隆值4.9,断裂伸长率5.1%,反射率80.3%,黄度7.1,整齐度指数84.8%,纺纱均匀性指数151;高抗枯萎病,耐黄萎病,抗棉铃虫;光合速率高,抗旱、耐盐。金农308大面积推广对推进我国棉花产业提质增效和绿色发展具有重要意义。To breed new cotton variety with strong disease resistance,good fiber quality,stress resistance and excellent comprehensive characters,Fuyinong 12 with the ancestries of sea island cotton and Thurber’s cotton,good stress resistance and fiber quality,was used as the parent material.By using its residual variation,and systematic breeding method,combining with stress selection in severe disease nursery,screening in dry thin saline alkali soil,and photosynthetic rate determination,a new cotton variety Fuyinong 12 with disease resistance,high quality,stress resistance and high yield was bred.It was approved by the National Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2020.Its seed cotton yield and lint yield increased by 5.6%and 4.8%respectively than the control in the regional tests of medium maturity coventional varieties cotton areas in the Yellow River basin,the average length of upper part of fiber was 31.3 mm,the specific breaking strength was 31.8 cN/tex,the micronaire value was 4.9,the elongation at break was 5.1%,the reflectance was 80.3%,the yellow depth was7.1,the evenness index was 84.8%,and the spinning uniformity index was 151.It was highly resistant to Fusarium wilt,Verticillium wilt and cotton bollworm.It also has the characteristics of high photosynthetic rate,drought resistance and salt tolerance.Its large-scale promotion is of great significance to promote the quality and efficiency improvement and green development of cotton industry in China.
