早熟 优质棉花新品种邯901选育及轻简化栽培技术

摘　　要：针对我国早熟棉资源材料匮乏、遗传基础狭窄、缺少优质早熟抗虫品种的现状,邯郸市农业科学院采用常规育种与生物技术育种相结合的方法,以邯2203为母本、邯685为父本配置杂交组合,以高产、多抗、优质为选育目标,成功选育出早熟棉新品种邯901。其纤维上半部平均长度30.9 mm,断裂比强度32.6 cN/tex,马克隆值4.9,纤维品质优良;皮棉平均产量较对照石早一号增产10.3%。该品种解决了棉花早熟与高产、早熟与优质难以结合的技术难题,实现了早熟棉产量和品质的重大突破,适宜冀中南晚春播种植或5月中下旬菜茬直播。According to the resources shortage of early maturing cotton,the narrow genetic base and the lack of high quality and insect-resistant early maturing cotton varieties in China,using Han 2203 as the female parent and Han 685 as the male parent,a new early maturing cotton variety Han 901 with high-quality,highyield and insect-resistance was bred by combining conventional breeding with biotechnology by Handan Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The average length of upper part of fiber of this variety is 30.9 mm,the breaking strength is 32.6 cN/tex,the micronaire value is 4.9,and the fiber quality is excellent.The lint yield is 10.3%higher than the control Shizaoyihao.This variety breaks through the combination of early maturity and high yield,and early maturity and quality of cotton,which has achieved a major breakthrough in the yield and quality of early maturing cotton.It is suitable for planting in late spring or direct seeding of vegetable stubble in mid to late of May in the central and southern Hebei.
