摘　　要：锅炉设备,特别是承压部件一旦发生缺陷,由于设备制造周期长,不可避免的会对电站的建设进度和质量产生严重影响。通过锅炉设备监造的基础工作,包括监造协议的签订和实施以及技术准备工作,总结出锅炉设备在监造中普遍存在的问题,提出按照监造项目实施表规定的监造部件和见证点完成监造任务、驻厂监造要加强现场巡视检查等设备监造相应的方法和建议,以期能进一步减少发往安装现场锅炉设备的缺陷率,并为其他项目中的锅炉设备监造提供帮助。Once defects occur in boiler equipment,especially in pressure parts,due to the long manufacturing cycle of equipment,it will inevitably have a serious impact on the progression and quality of power station's construction.Through the basis of boiler equipment supervision,including supervision agreement signed and implemented and preparation technology,summarizes the common problems in boiler equipment supervision,and put forward the methods and suggestions for equipment supervision,such as completing the supervision tasks according to the supervision parts and witness points stipulated in the implementation table of the supervision project,strengthening on-site inspection and so on,in the hope of further reducing the defect rate of boiler equipment sent to the installation site and providing help for boiler equipment supervision in other projects.
