摘 要:非采暖季太阳能集热器空晒与过热问题是影响太阳能区域供热集热场安全与集热器寿命的重要问题,针对基于聚乙烯塑料遮阳网的被动式遮阳材料耐温性能及其对集热器的空晒板芯温度的影响进行了实验研究,研究表明:聚乙烯塑料遮阳网在100℃条件下具有较好的长期耐温特性,东莞2018年6月份晴朗天气的实验室数据表明,在单层和双层遮阳网覆盖下,无遮阳集热器板芯温度稳定在157.5℃,经单层和双层遮阳网覆盖后,板芯温度分别下降至83.0℃和73.1℃,单层遮阳网即可有效保障低辐照区域平板集热器的空晒安全性保护问题;同时,采用人工光源模拟西藏地区1200 W/m2以上强辐照条件下的遮阳影响研究,测试结果显示,无遮阳集热器板芯温度稳定在254℃附近,经单层和双层遮阳网覆盖后,板芯温度分别下降至109℃和86℃附近,双层遮阳网可以有效保障高辐照地区的集热器空晒安全性保护,相关研究为低成本被动式平板集热器空晒过热保护方案的奠定了实验研究基础。Basking under the sun without operation and overheating of solar collectors in non-heating seasons will result in significant problems on the safety of district solar heating collection fields and lead to the service life decrement of the collectors.This discussion focuses on the temperature resistance of polyethylene plastic passive sunshade net and its influences on the core temperature of the collectors which is basked under the sun without operation.The proposed issue has been experimentally studied.The research results show that the polyethylene plastic passive sunshade net has good long-term temperature resistance under 100℃.Besides,under a sunny weather in Dongguan city in June 2018,the temperature of the collector core plate without sunshade net is stable at 157.5℃.With a single-layer and a double-layer sunshade net covered,the temperature of the core plate dropped to 83.0℃and 73.1℃respectively.Hence,a single-layer sunshade net can effectively guarantee the safety of flat plate collectors in low-irradiation areas.Furthermore,the experiment also used the artificial sunlight source to simulate strong irradiation conditions which are over 1200 W/m2 in Xizang district.The test results showed that the temperature of the unshaded collectors'core plates is stable at around 254℃.After being covered by a single-layer and a double-layer sunshade net,the temperature of the core plate dropped to 109℃and 86℃respectively.Accordingly,the double-layer sunshade net can effectively guarantee the safety of collectors in high-irradiation areas.In conclusion,the research results provide experimental research foundation for low-cost flat plate solar collectors'protection strategies under overheating conditions.
