基于延期交货策略的易变质产品库存策略研究

摘　　要：易变质产品具有季节性和易腐等特性,批发商或零售商为了满足消费者对于时效性的要求,不得不储备较多的库存,但易变质产品若不能及时销售,又面临变质处理的浪费,因此,如何有效的对易变质产品进行库存控制,寻找一个最优的库存管理策略至关重要。文中考虑缺货并且缺货拖后率为时间的减函数,研究了存在缺货且资金时间成本的易变质产品的多周期库存控制模型,并且结合案例计算了最优订货周期和缺货点,讨论了延期交货策略下库存费用中相关因素对库存成本的影响及相关对策,有助于在易变质产品库存管理实际中制定合适的订货策略。The deteriorating products have the characteristics such as seasonal and perishable,wholesalers or retailers in order to meet the requirements of consumers for timeliness,had to reserve more inventory,but if deteriorating productsare not selling in time,and face modification treatment of waste,so how to effectively to inventory control of deterioratingitems,to find an optimal inventory control strategy is very important.Out of stock and out of stock,this paper analyses the holding rate of the reduction function of time,the time cost is out of stock and funds more perishable product cycle inventory control model,and combining with the example to calculate the optimal ordering cycle and shortage of point,discusses the relevant factors in the delayed delivery strategy inventory cost impact on inventory costs and relevant countermeasures,in deteriorating product inventory management practice,helps to develop a proper ordering strategy.
