摘 要:危险品具有易燃、易爆、剧毒等危害性质且易产生事故,事故产生后会对人员、经济以及环境造成重大影响。且危险品路径优化、设施选址及网络设计问题常依据风险评估的结果,因此,危险品物流风险评价是确保公共安全以及危险品物流研究的基础。文中通过分析国内外危险品物流各环节的风险评估模型和方法,以了解危险品物流风险评价研究现状,从运输以及装卸环节梳理危险品物流风险研究,重点关注危险品公路运输、水路运输、多式联运以及港口装卸的风险评价研究进展,进而提出危险品物流风险评价面临问题,展望该领域未来的研究方向。Hazmat are flammable,explosive,highly toxic and owning other hazardous characteristics and are prone to accidents.After the accident occurs,it will have a significant impact on the order of personnel,economy andenvironment.In addition,the route optimization of dangerous goods,the location of facilities and the network design issues are often based on the results of risk assessment.Therefore,the logistics risk evaluation in the research of hazmat logistics is the basis for ensuring public safety and the research of hazmatlogistics.By analyzing the risk assessment models and methods of each procedure of hazmat logistics at home and abroad to understand the current situation of hazmat logistics risk assessment research,this paper sorts out the risk research of hazmat logistics from the transportation and porthandling procedure,and focus on the risk assessment research progress of hazmat road transportation,waterway transportation,water-road intermodal transportation and loading and unloading on port,in order to puts forward the problems faced by hazmat logistics risk assessment.Andfinally,it looks forward to the future research direction in this field.
