摘  要:[目的]探索氟噻草胺和扑草净2者复配的合理性及2者复配后对杂草的防效和对作物的安全性。[方法]依据除草剂室内活性测定标准,通过室内生物活性测定和田间防效试验进行测试。[结果]氟噻草胺与扑草净之间联合作用表现为相加或增效作用,当2者混配比例为1∶(0.5~2.7)时联合作用为增效,显著增效范围为1∶(0.8~1.4),最佳比例为1∶1.2。此比例下的氟噻草胺、扑草净复配制剂对玉米田一年生杂草有较好的防效,施药后40 d对杂草综合防效达到90%以上,与对照药剂40%乙草胺·莠去津SC比较,防效差异不显著,药剂施用量减少36.7%,对玉米、大豆、花生、马铃薯4种作物的安全性较高。[结论]氟噻草胺与扑草净2者联合具有增效和扩大杀草谱的作用,可用于玉米、大豆、花生、马铃薯等作物田。[Aims] This study aims to evaluate the rationality, the control effect on weed and the crop safety of flufenacet in combination with prometryne. [Methods] According to the standard of guidelines for herbicide laboratory bioactivity test, the experiments were conducted in green house and field trials. [Results] Flufenacet in combine with prometryne showed additive or synergized effects, the ratios ranged from 1 to 0.5-2.7 showed synergized effects, in particular, significant efficacy ranges from 1 to 0.8-1.4, the optimal ratio was 1 to 1.2. The ratio of flufenacet and prometryne showed excellent control effects on annual grassy weeds and more than 90% comprehensive control effect on weeds after sprayed 40 days. The difference of effect was not significant. It reduced 36.7% in dosage in compare with the control of herbicide acetochlor·atrazine 40% SC, and had higher safety to maize, soybean, peanut and potato.[Conclusions] Flufenacet in combination with prometryne showed synergized effects and extended weeds control. They could be used in maize fields, soybean, peanut and potato fields.
