摘 要:以2013~2018年886家具有服务化特征的中国上市制造企业为样本,探讨制造业服务化与企业绩效关系,以及产业环境对"服务化—绩效"的调节作用。研究表明:中国制造业服务化与企业绩效呈倒U型关系,即可能存在服务化悖论现象,且服务化程度约为50%时出现拐点,而当前服务化整体水平为10.3%,服务化与绩效正同步上升;产业成熟度与负债率正向调节"服务化—绩效"关系,产业集中度起负向调节作用。Based on the data of 886 Chinese listed service-oriented manufacturing enterprises from 2013 to 2018,this paper explores the relationship between servitization and enterprise performance,and the regulating effect of the industrial environment. The results show that, there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between China’s servitization and enterprise performance, which may cause the servitization paradox. The inflection point appears when the servitization degree is about 50% and the current overall level is about 10.3%,the servitization and the performance are rising simultaneously. Both the industry maturity and debt ratio have positive regulating effects while the industry concentration has a negative regulating effect.
