摘　　要：河南平宝煤业有限公司首山一矿主斜井行人口明槽设计断面大、挖土量较大,所处地层为第四系,表土蓄水丰富。采取引水沟+预注浆+壁后注浆综合防治水方法,实现了“打干井”和边坡稳定;采用大型挖掘机和铲车机械化配套设备,实现了快速挖土、转运和堆放;采用高强度组合钢模板+装配式木模板浇筑混凝土井壁,提高了井壁浇筑效率、浇筑质量和内外壁观感质量,实现了安全快速施工,保证了明槽段井壁的永久使用质量。The main inclined shaft of Shoushan No.1 Coal Mine of Henan Pingbao Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.has a large design section of pedestrian channel and large amount of excavation.The stratum is quaternary system,and the surface soil is rich in water storage.The comprehensive water control method of"diversion ditch+pre grouting+grouting behind the wall"was adopted to realize the"dry well"and slope stability;the large excavator and forklift mechanized supporting equipment were used to realize the rapid excavation,transportation and stacking;the"high strength combined steel formwork+fabricated wood formwork"was used to pour the concrete shaft wall,which improves the pouring efficiency,pouring quality and appearance quality of the inner and outer walls.The safety and rapid construction was realized and the permanent service quality of shaft lining in open channel section was also ensured.
