摘  要:为了探究主要原材料对适用于预应力预制道面板的活性粉末混凝土(RPC)强度的影响,针对适用于预应力预制道面板的RPC配合比,以水胶比、钢纤维掺量、减水剂掺量为变量,在标准养护和70℃水中养护的条件下,制作了不同配合比RPC试件,进行了抗压强度和抗折强度试验研究。研究结果表明:在一定范围内,RPC试件的强度随着水胶比的增大而降低,随着钢纤维掺量的增加而提高,当减水剂掺量为1.7%~1.9%时存在最大值;综合考虑和易性和强度的要求,建议预应力预制道面板用RPC的最佳配合比为水胶比0.19、钢纤维掺量6%、减水剂掺量1.8%。In order to study the influence of main materials on the strength of reactive powder concrete(RPC)suitable for prestressed prefabricated road panels,the mix proportion of RPC suitable for prestressed prefabricated road panels was studied.Taking water-binder ratio,steel fiber content and water reducing agent dosage as variables,the RPC specimens with different mix proportions were made under the conditions of standard curing and 70℃water curing,and the compressive strength and flexural strength were tested.The results show that within a certain range,the strength of RPC specimens decreases with the increase of water-binder ratio,and increases with the increase of steel fiber content and there is a maximum when the water reducing agent dosage is 1.7%~1.9%.Considering the requirements of workability and strength,it is suggested that the water-binder ratio of RPC for prestressed prefabricated road panels is 0.19,the steel fiber content is 6%,and the water reducing agent dosage is 1.8%.
