摘 要:研究了不同裂缝尺度下无机轻骨料砂浆外墙外保温系统的温度场变化情况,对含预制裂缝宽度为0.05 mm、0.10 mm、0.20 mm、0.30 mm、0.40 mm和0.50 mm的试件进行了160次热雨循环试验,测量了不同裂缝尺度下试件的温度值,分析了各阶段的温度场变化规律。结果表明:与无裂缝情况下相比,试件预制裂缝对基墙温度的变化有一定影响;系统的热物理性能随热雨循环次数的增加而逐渐劣化,裂缝宽度对保温层温度的变化影响很小,仅会对基墙的温度造成一定影响;当裂缝较宽时,基墙将在升温阶段达到较高的温度。The temperature change in the external thermal insulation composite systems of inorganic lightweight aggregate mortar(ETICS-ILAM)containing different crack scales was studied.160 times of hot rain cycles were carried out on ETICS-ILAM specimens with prefabricated crack widths of 0.05 mm,0.10 mm,0.20 mm,0.30 mm,0.40 mm and 0.50 mm.The temperature values of the specimens with different crack sizes were measured,and the variation law of the temperature field in each stage was analyzed.The results show that the prefabricated cracks in the specimens have a certain influence on the temperature change in the base-wall.The thermal physical properties of the system gradually deteriorate with the increase of the number of heat-rain cycles.The crack width has little influence on the temperature change in the insulation layer,but has noticeable influence on the temperature in the base-wall.When the crack has a relatively bigger width,the temperature in the base-wall can reach a relatively higher value during the temperature increasing stage.
