摘  要:我国节水灌溉信息化工程建设管理水平较低,为衡量和提高建设管理水平,选取了影响工程建设的主要因素指标,建立了节水灌溉信息化工程建设管理绩效评价指标体系。因指标体系因素复杂且定性指标多,选择模糊层次分析法(FAHP)构建了评价模型,通过分析L县的节水灌溉信息化工程实例,可知计算结果与实际情况相一致,说明选取的指标体系能较好地反映实际建设管理水平,选用的FAHP法能全面地反映各指标情况,评价方法可行,对节水灌溉信息化工程建设管理研究具有借鉴意义,对建设单位的实践具有指导意义。The construction management level of water-saving irrigation information engineering is low in China.To measure and improve the level of construction management,the main factors affecting the project construction were selected,the performance evaluation index system of water-saving irrigation information engineering construction management was built in this study.For the index system factor is complex and the qualitative index is many,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)was selected to construct the evaluation model.By analyzing the example of water-saving irrigation informatization project in county L,the calculated results are consistent with the actual situation.It showed that the selected index system can reflect the level of actual construction management,the FAHP method can reflect the situation of all indexes comprehensively and the evaluation method is feasible.It has reference meaning for construction management research of water-saving irrigation information engineering and has guiding significance for the practice of construction units.
