摘  要:针对输卤管道中常见的长直架设管道单点泄漏现象,采用负压波法进行管道泄漏检测,对因温度影响的负压波波速计算公式进行了修正,利用改进的小波阈值算法对压力信号进行消噪处理,对泄漏点的定位算法进行了优化,设计并建立了一套输卤管道泄露检测系统,通过搭建相应的实验平台,验证了该系统对压力信号的消噪效果和泄露点的定位精度。实验结果与数据分析表明,改进后的算法可以有效提高卤水管道泄露检测和定位效果。In view of the common single point leakage phenomenon of long straight erection pipe in halogen pipeline,the negative pressure wave method was used to detect the pipeline leakage,the calculation formula of negative pressure wave velocity affected by temperature was revised,the improved wavelet threshold algorithm was used to de-noise the pressure signal,and the location algorithm of the leakage point was optimized.A set of halogen pipeline leakage detection system was designed and established,and the de-noising effect of the system on the pressure signal and the location accuracy of the leakage point was verified by setting up the corresponding experimental platform.The experimental results and data analysis show that the improved algorithm can effectively improve the effect of brine pipeline leak detection and location.
