摘 要:对50个花旗松胶合木销槽顺纹承压试件进行试验,研究开槽方式、试件尺寸(厚度、高度和宽度)及螺栓直径等因素,对销槽顺纹承压性能的影响。分别采用5%d偏移法和5mm位移法确定销槽顺纹承压强度,将理论计算模型与试验结果进行对比,结果表明,销槽平行层板宽度时,销槽的顺纹承压强度降低较明显;试件尺寸和螺栓直径对销槽顺纹承压强度有一定影响,但影响不大;按5mm位移法和5%d偏移法确定的胶合木销槽顺纹承压强度较接近;NDS/GB50005标准的计算模型与试验结果吻合较好。Embedding tests of 50 Douglas Fir Glulam specimens were conducted,and the effects of the slotting way,specimen dimensions,thickness,height and width,and bolt diameters on the embedding performance parallel to grain were studied.The embedding strength was evaluated by 5%d offset method and 5mm displacement method respectively,and compared with the theoretical calculation models.The results show that,when the pin slot is parallel to the laminate width,the embedding strength is obviously reduced.Specimen dimensions and bolt diameters have limited influence on the embedding strength.The embedding strength evaluated by 5mm displacement method was close to that obtained with the 5%d offset method.The research also shows that the values determined from NDS and GB50005 are close to the test results.
