摘 要:通过金沙萨中部非洲国家文化艺术中心设计试柱的施工与承载力测试,对比采用岩土勘察报告、相关专业技术规范或标准预估的单桩承载力设计值与现场承载力实测值,结果表明与普通钻孔灌注桩的承载力相比采用长螺旋钻孔压灌柱工艺单柱承载力提高。建议结合现场地层与资源条件,利用长螺旋钻孔压灌桩工艺特点,采用比预估值更高的承载力设计值,从而达到技术安全合理的目标。Based on the construction and bearing capacity test of the design test pile of the Central African National Culture and Art Center in Kinshasa,this paper compares the design value of single pile bearing capacity estimated by geotechnical investigation report,relevant professional technical specifications or standards with the actual measured bearing capacity value on site.Examples show that the bearing capacity of single pile is higher than that of ordinary bored piles by using long spiral drilling and pressure grouting technology.It is suggested that the design value of bearing capacity higher than the predicted value should be adopted in combination with the site stratum and resource conditions and by using the characteristics of long spiral drilling pressure grouting pile technology,so as to achieve the goal of technical safety and rationality.
