摘 要:以污泥含水率(WC)、离心沉降比(CSE)和毛细吸水时间(CST)为脱水性能评价指标,利用超声波、Fenton协同PAM对城市污泥进行处理,探讨脱水性能改善效果及机理.在单因素实验的基础上,以响应曲面优化法(RSM)为手段,建立二次多项预测模型方程,进行方差分析,得到最佳处理参数.结果表明,超声波、Fenton和PAM三因素耦合处理最佳值分别为:126 s、0.12 mL·mL^(-1)和0.3 mg·mL^(-1);该处理条件下,污泥滤饼含水率(WC)和离心沉降比(CSE)分别为(70.5±0.25)%和(23±0.31)%,与模型方程预测值基本一致;污泥毛细吸水时间(CST)减小率为82.3%;热重分析(TG-GTG)表明失重温度前移,激光粒度分析证实污泥颗粒最大粒径从1000μm增加到3500μm,比表面积减小率为43.97%;三因素耦合处理使污泥更容易絮凝成粒径更大的颗粒.With sludge moisture content(WC),centrifugal sedimentation rate(CSE)and capillary suction time(CST)for dehydration performance evaluation indicators,using ultrasound,Fenton and PAM together to deal with sewage sludge,dehydration performance improvement effect and its mechanism were discussed in this paper.On the basis of single factor experiment,response surface optimization method(RSM)was used to establish the quadratic multinomial prediction model equation,and variance analysis was carried out to obtain the optimal processing parameters.The results showed that the optimal values of the three-factor coupling treatment of ultrasound,Fenton and PAM were 126 s,0.12 mL·mL^(-1)and 0.3 mg·mL^(-1),respectively.Under these conditions,the water content of the filter cake(WC)and the centrifugal sedimentation ratio(CSE)were(70.5±0.25)%and(23±0.31)%,respectively,which were basically consistent with the predicted value of the model equation.The decrease rate of CST was 82.3%.Thermogravimetric analysis(TG-GTG)showed that the weight loss temperature was moving forward.The laser particle size analysis confirmed that the maximum particle size of sludge particles increased from 1000μm to 3500μm,and the specific surface area reduction rate was 43.97%.Three-factor coupling treatment makes it easier for sludge to flocculate into larger particles.
