摘  要:以北京市老城区为例,基于大数据分析技术,使用八爪鱼采集器及Python编码在内的爬取方式所得的POI数据;再利用ArcGIS、SPSS及空间句法对影响24小时便利店选址的人口、夜间、交通、场域、同行竞争力、租金六大构面量化分析数据,构建土地利用混合程度求算模型、人口预测模型以及24小时便利店选址适宜性评价模型。研究结果表明:模型有实用价值;24小时便利店最佳安置地在北京东城区内.研究方法亦为24小时便利店的布局及城市规划提供参考.This paper based on performing the big data analysis technology takes the old city of Beijing as an example,which uses the octopus collector(web crawl)and Python code to obtain POI data,then quantized data from six dimensions,including population,nighttime,traffic,public place,industry peer and rent,to construct three different models:a land-use mixing degree model,a population forecast model and a 24-hour convenience stores location suitability evaluation model with the help of the tools including ArcGIS,SPSS and Space syntax.The simulation results showed that the model has practical value and the best location for 24-hour convenience stores locates within Beijing’s Dongcheng district.This research method can be applied in future urban development planning and could also be referenced for the optimized location placements of 24-hour convenience stores.
