摘　　要：精索静脉曲张为泌尿男科常见疾病,主要表现为单侧或双侧阴囊坠痛,常严重影响患者生活质量。崔学教教授认为,精索静脉曲张的形成主要缘于先天不足及后天耗损,其主要病机为气虚血瘀,与肝、脾、肾及心、肺相关。精索静脉曲张的治疗原则以益气活血、化瘀止痛为主,以补中益气汤合槐榆煎化裁而成的“芪槐强精汤”为基础方(主要由黄芪、升麻、柴胡、槐花、丹参、菟丝子、桑椹、巴戟天、熟地黄、陈皮等组成)辨证加减治疗,治疗过程中重视“通瘀血”与“通滞气”。Varicocele is a common disease of the urology and andrology,and it is mainly manifestated by the symptoms of unilateral or bilateral scrotal pain,which often seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Professor CUI Xue-Jiao believes that the development of varicocele is due to the congenital deficiency and postnatal depletion,the main pathogenesis is due to qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the disease affects the liver,spleen and kidney and is related to heart and lung.The treatment should be based on the principle of replenishing qi and activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and relieving pain.Qi Huai Qiangjing Decoction,a recipe derived from Buzhong Yiqi Decoction plus Huai Yu Decoction,can be used as the fundamental prescription for the treatment of varicocele by the modification based on the syndrome differentiation.And Qi Huai Qiangjing Decoction is mainly composed of Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Cimicifugae,Radix Bupleuri,Flos Sophorae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Semen Cuscutae,Fructus Mori,Radix Morindae Officinalis,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.During the treatment of varicocele,resolving blood stasis and unblocking stagnated qi are stressed.
