从“少火生气”探析交泰丸的组方思想和临床应用

摘　　要：交泰丸原方以重黄连轻肉桂的特点用于心火亢而肾水不升的心肾不交证,近现代所著方书文献也均从“心肾不交”的理论出发,探讨交泰丸的临床应用。本文基于“少火升气”的理论特点,认为交泰丸以大辛大温的肉桂配伍清热降火的黄连,具有寒热同用、少火生气、升降相应和心肾同调的组方思想。交泰丸一寒一热以达少火生气,一升一降以实现心肾同调,配伍精炼,药味少。临证掌握其组方思想和配伍特点后,无需固守原方药量配比,可以结合患者阳与气之主次轻重,灵活调整肉桂和黄连的剂量,以达更好的临床疗效。The prescription of the original Jiaotai Pills is characterized by the large dosage of Rhizoma Coptidis and the mild dosage of Cortex Cinnamomi,and the recipe is indicated for the syndrome of incoordination between heart and kidney due to the hyperactivity of heart fire and the failure of kidney water in ascending.In modern times,the exploration of the clinical application of Jiaotai Pills recorded in the literature of herbal prescription usually follows the theory of incoordination between heart and kidney.In this article,we discussed the prescription thoughts of Jiaotai Pills with the theory of junior fire generating vital qi.For the recipe has the potently pungent and warm Cortex Cinnamomi and the heat-clearing and fire-reducing Rhizoma Coptidis,the prescription of Jiaotai Pills embodies the prescription thoughts of simultaneous usage of cold and heat herbs,junior fire generating vital qi,lifting function corresponding to lowering function,and coordinating the heart and kidney.Simultaneous usage of cold and heat herbs results into junior fire generating vital qi,and lifting function corresponding to lowering function can realize the function of coordinating the heart and kidney.Therefore,the compatibility of Jiaotai Pills is condensed with a small number of herbs.In the clinic,we can modify the dosage of Cortex Cinnamomi and Rhizoma Coptidis flexibly based on the prescription thoughts and according to the predominance of yang or qi of the patients,so as to obtain satisfactory effect.
