摘 要:在防范复杂产品设计变更雪崩式传播时,为了减少变更传播对研发时间和设计成本产生的负面影响,提出一种面向设计变更传播路径的多目标优选方法。首先,引入“功能-行为-结构(FBS)”模型和多重网络理论对设计变更传播路径进行表达。然后,以包括节点全面距离、加权聚集系数、边介数以及传播概率在内的路径变更传播强度(PCPI)、变更任务执行时间和变更成本最小化为优化目标,建立多目标0-1整数规划模型。进一步,采用改进遗传算法(IGA)求解所建立的模型。最后,通过家用分体式空调主机的设计变更来验证所提方法的可行性和有效性。结果表明:①路径变更传播强度、变更任务执行时间和变更成本明显影响复杂产品设计变更传播路径的优选方案;②将三者同时纳入到设计变更传播路径的优选活动中有助于限制变更传播影响、加快产品上市时间以及降低产品成本。When prevent avalanche propagation of design change regarding complex product,to reduce the negative impacts of change propagation on Research and Development(R&D)time of as well as design cost,a multi-objective optimization method for design change propagation paths was proposed.Design change propagation paths were characterized by Function-Behavior-Structure(FBS)model and multi-plex network theory.Aiming at minimizing lead-time of change task,design cost and Path Change Propagation Intensity(PCPI)including full distance of node,weighted aggregation coefficient,edge betweenness and propagation probability,a multi-objective 0-1 integer programming model was established,which was solved by Improved Genetic Algorithm(GA).A case study from household air condition host was considered to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.Results showed that the optimization scheme regarding design change propagation paths of complex product was significantly affected by path change propagation intensity,lead-time of change task and design cost.Furthermore,it also indicated that the incorporation of the aforementioned three factors into the optimization activities concerning design change propagation paths was beneficial for the limitation of design change propagation impacts,acceleration of product time-to-market,and reduction of product cost.
