摘　　要：目的:分析对早期子宫内膜癌患者采用醋酸甲地孕酮联合宫腔镜电切术进行治疗的效果及对其血清CA125水平的影响。方法:选取2017年4月至2020年4月期间佛山市高明区人民医院接诊的早期子宫内膜癌患者60例,将其按照随机数表法均分为观察组与对照组。为对照组患者采用宫腔镜电切术进行治疗,在此基础上为观察组患者采用醋酸甲地孕酮进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗后其血清CA125的水平、肿瘤的转移率和病情的复发率。结果:1)观察组患者治疗的有效率高于对照组患者,治疗后半年内其肿瘤的转移率、病情的复发率均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。2)治疗后,观察组患者血清CA125的水平低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对早期子宫内膜癌患者采用醋酸甲地孕酮联合宫腔镜电切术进行治疗的效果显著,能有效地降低其血清CA125的水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of megestesterone acetate combined with hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of patients with early endometrial cancer and its effect on serum CA125 level.METHODS:A total of 60 patients with early endometrial cancer treated in Gaoming District People’s Hospital of Foshan City from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy,and patients in the observation group were treated with meprogesterone acetate on this basis.Then,the treatment effect,serum CA125 level,tumor metastasis rate and disease recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:1)the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the metastasis rate and disease recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group within half a year after treatment,P<0.05.2)After treatment,the level of serum CA125 in observation group was lower than that in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of patients with early endometrial cancer by megestesterone acetate combined with hysteroscopic electroresection has a significant effect,and can effectively reduce the level of serum CA125.
