在对内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者低血糖发生时间的分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析在内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者低血糖的发生时间。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月期间在昆明市第一人民医院内分泌科住院的100例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。在这些患者入院后,对其均进行降血糖治疗,并对其进行动态血糖监测,观察并统计其低血糖的发生率及发生时间。结果:对这100例患者进行动态血糖监测的结果显示,其中共有27例患者发生低血糖,其低血糖的发生率为27%。在这27例患者中,发生低血糖时血糖的水平为2.8~3.9 mmol/L的患者有19例,血糖水平<2.8 mmol/L的患者有8例;其中,使用胰岛素进行治疗的患者有22例,使用口服类降糖药进行治疗的患者有5例。在这27例发生低血糖的患者中,在午餐前、晚餐前、24:00、3:00、22:00、早餐前及午餐后发生低血糖的患者分别有6例、5例、5例、5例、4例、1例和1例。结论:在内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者低血糖的高发时间为午餐前、晚餐前、24:00、3:00及22:00。Objective:To investigate and analyze the occurrence time of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology.METHODS:A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Kunming First People’s Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects.After admission,all of these patients were treated with hypoglycemia,and their blood glucose was monitored dynamically.The incidence and occurrence time of hypoglycemia were observed and statistically analyzed.Results:The results of dynamic glucose monitoring in the 100 patients showed that 27 patients developed hypoglycemia,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was 27%.Among the 27 patients,19 patients had a blood glucose level of 2.8 to 3.9 mmol/L and 8 patients had a blood glucose level of<2.8 mmol/L.Among them,22 patients were treated with insulin and 5 were treated with oral hypoglycemic agents.Among the 27 patients with hypoglycemia,there were 6,5,5,5,5,5,4,1 and 1 patients with hypoglycemia before lunch,before dinner,24:00,3:00,22:00,before breakfast and after lunch,respectively.Conclusion:The high incidence time of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes in endocrinology department is before lunch,before dinner,24:00,3:00 and 22:00.
