皮敏消胶囊联合复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏治疗急性湿疹的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察用皮敏消胶囊联合复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏治疗急性湿疹的效果。方法:将2018年6月至2019年12月期间登封市人民医院收治的208例急性湿疹患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机平均分为对照组和研究组。为对照组患者使用复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏进行治疗。为研究组患者使用复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏联合皮敏消胶囊进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应的发生率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI)评分。结果:研究组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,研究组患者不良反应的发生率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗前,两组患者的VAS评分及EASI评分相比,P>0.05。与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的VAS评分及EASI评分均较低,P<0.05。治疗后,研究组患者的VAS评分及EASI评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用皮敏消胶囊联合复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏治疗急性湿疹的效果显著,可显著改善其病情,且具有较高的安全性。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Piminxiao capsule combined with compound Dexamethasone acetate cream in the treatment of acute ECZEMA.Methods:From June 2018 to December 2019,208 patients with acute ECZEMA in Dengfeng People’s Hospital were studied.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The patients in the control group were treated with compound dexamethasone acetate cream.The patients in the study group were treated with compound dexamethasone acetate cream and Piminxiao capsule.Then,the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse events,visual analogue scale(Vas)score,Eczema area and severity index(EASI)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Before treatment,the VAS scores and EASI scores of the two groups were compared,p>0.05.Compared with before treatment,both VAS and EASI scores were lower in the two groups after treatment(p<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and EASI scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Piminxiao capsule and compound dexamethasone acetate cream is effective and safe in t he treatment of acute ECZEMA.
