温针灸五脏俞穴联合点刺涌泉穴治疗心肾不交型失眠的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨用温针灸五脏俞穴联合点刺涌泉穴法治疗心肾不交型失眠的效果。方法:将2016年10月至2018年10月期间北京市中关村医院收治的80例失眠患者随机分为西药组(n=40)和温针灸组(n=40)。对西药组患者使用西药进行治疗。对温针灸组患者使用温针灸五脏俞穴联合点刺涌泉穴法进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)的总评分及临床疗效。结果:接受治疗后,温针灸组患者PSQI的总评分低于西药组患者,P<0.05。根据PSQI的评分及中医证候积分进行疗效评定时,温针灸组患者治疗的总有效率均高于西药组患者,P<0.05。结论:用温针灸五脏俞穴联合点刺涌泉穴法治疗心肾不交型失眠的效果显著,可有效地改善患者的睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion at Wuzang Shu point combined with point acupuncture at Yongquan point in the treatment of heart-kidney non-intersection type insomnia.Methods:From October 2016 to October 2018,80 patients with insomnia admitted to Zhongguancun Hospital of Beijing were randomly divided into western medicine group(n=40)and warm acupuncture group(n=40).Patients in the western medicine group were treated with western medicine.Patients in warm acupuncture group were treated with warm acupuncture at Wuzang Shu point combined with point acupuncture at Yongquan point.Then,the total score and clinical efficacy of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were compared between the two groups.Results:After receiving treatment,the total score of PSQI in warm-acupuncture group was lower than that in western medicine group,P<0.05.According to the score of PSQI and TCM syndrome score for efficacy evaluation,the total effective rate of warm acupuncture and moxibustion group was higher than that of western medicine group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Wuzang Shu point acupuncture combined with point acupuncture Yongquan point treatment of heart-kidney non-interlocking type insomnia has a significant effect,can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients.
