胎盘多肽注射液联合阿德福韦酯片对失代偿期乙型肝炎患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨胎盘多肽注射液联合阿德福韦酯片对失代偿期乙型肝炎患者免疫功能的影响。方法将84例失代偿期乙型肝炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组口服阿德福韦酯片,观察组在对照组基础上加用胎盘多肽注射液治疗。比较两组免疫功能、肝功能、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后自然杀伤细胞(NK)、CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平较对照组高,观察组治疗后总胆红素(TBil)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)较对照组低(P<0.05);两组治疗后CD_(8)^(+)水平、不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胎盘多肽注射液联合阿德福韦酯片可有效改善失代偿期乙型肝炎患者的肝功能,利于增强免疫功能且不会增加不良反应,安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of placental polypeptide injection combined with adefovir dipivoxil tablets on the immune function of patients with decompensated hepatitis B.Methods A total of 84 patients with decom⁃pensated hepatitis B in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group.The control group received adefovir dipivoxil tablets.On the basis of the control group,the obser⁃vation group was added placental polypeptide injection.The immune function,liver function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of natural killer cells(NK),CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+)in the observa⁃tion group after treatment were higher than those in the control group;the observation group had lower levels of total bili⁃rubin(TBil),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and aspartate aminotransferase after treatment(AST)than those of the con⁃trol group(P<0.05);after treatment,the CD_(8)^(+)level and the incidence of adverse reactions had no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Placental polypeptide injection combined with adefovir dipiv⁃oxil tablets can effectively improve the liver function of patients with decompensated hepatitis B,which is beneficial to enhance immune function without increasing adverse reactions and has high safety.
