摘 要:针对近期发生的一起110kV三绕组主变差动保护动作的故障案例,根据现场检查情况,主变常规试验结果,故障短路电流、电压录波图形,故障主变解体检查,初步分析了雷电流沿线路入侵变电站后,短路电流的热、力效应引起主变中、低压侧线圈绝缘击穿的过程,还原了电流、电压故障录波过程。建立主变仿真模型,并通过变压器内部过电压仿真结果验证了故障发展过程及故障原因分析的正确性。针对主变故障发生的具体原因,提出了在主变中压侧线圈调压方式、线路及变电站防雷方面的解决措施。This paper introduces a recent fault case of the differential protection action of the 110kV three winding main transformer.According to the field inspection,results of the routine test for the main transformer,fault short-circuit current,voltage recording diagram and disassembly inspection of it,this paper preliminarily analyzes the process of the insulation breakdown of the medium and low-voltage coils of the main transformer caused by thermal and mechanical effects of the short-circuit current after the invasion of the substation from the lightning current along the line.The fault recording process of current and voltage is restored.The simulation model of the main transformer is established.The simulation results of the internal over-voltage of the transformer verify the correctness of the process of development of the fault and its cause analysis.Based on the specific causes of the fault,this paper also puts forward relevant solutions in the aspects of the mode of voltage regulation of the medium voltage measuring coil of the main transformer as well as the lightning protection of the line and the substation.
