摘　　要：能量设备的持续性发展,为普通外科微创手术的实施提供了强大的技术保障,各种能量设备应用于临床,使手术步骤简化、手术范围增大、精细度增高,给手术医生带来了前所未有的机会和挑战。使用能量设备可以减少术中出血、降低周围组织副损伤并缩短手术时间。为保证患者的手术安全,防止手术过程中因能量设备发生故障而延长手术时间,减少医疗纠纷,必须保证能量设备的正常使用,因此必须在归档管理、人员管理、安全管理、维护管理四个方面规范能量设备的维护与管理至关重要。The continuous development of energy equipments provides a strong technical support for the implementation of minimally invasive surgery in general surgery.The application of various energy equipments in clinical practice simplifies surgical procedures,enlarges the surgical scope and improves the precision,which brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges to surgeons.Comprehensive application of energy equipment could reduce intraoperative bleeding,peripheral tissue damage,and shorten operation time.In order to ensure the safety of patients,to prevent the intraoperative failure of energy equipments,extend operation time,reduce medical disputes,must ensure the normal use of energy equipment,must be in the archive management,personnel management,security management,maintenance management four aspects standard energy equipment maintenance and management is very important.
