环黄海生态经济圈建设路径

摘　　要：当前,在区位、交通、产业、文化、生态目标等方面,环黄海地区已具备构建环黄海生态经济圈的条件。环黄海的国家及城市应在构建高效协同保护体系、塑造良性生态经济系统、打造高端开放合作平台、搭建完备政策制度框架、营造浓郁的建设氛围等方面,不断创新举措,加快推进环黄海生态经济圈建设。At present,in terms of location,transportation,industry,culture and ecological objectives,there are conditions for building an ecological economic circle around the Yellow Sea.Countries and cities around the Yellow Sea should take innovative measures to speed up the construction of the Yellow Sea ecological economic circle by building an efficient and coordinated protection system,shaping a benign ecological economic system,building a high-end open cooperation platform,building a complete policy and institutional framework,and creating a strong atmosphere for promoting construction.
