摘 要:以雪果当年生木质化枝条为材料,通过不同基质、激素和浓度的对比试验,探讨基质、激素和浓度对雪果扦插生根的影响。结果表明:以河沙为基质雪果扦插生根率最高,可达90%,生根数最多,达40.40条,以45园土+15珍珠岩配比的基质,其扦插生根率仅为50%,生根数为20.80条;不同激素和浓度对雪果插穗根系生长影响显著,NAA 200 mg·L^(-1)处理生根数最多为50.20条,ABT 200 mg·L^(-1)处理插穗根系最长为13.28 cm,但对生根率促进作用不显著,ABT 200 mg·L^(-1)和NAA 1000 mg·L^(-1)处理对插穗生根率存在明显抑制作用;激素种类对雪果扦插生根方式影响显著,NAA 200 mg·L^(-1)和CK处理的插穗仅有愈伤生根类型出现,ABT 200 mg·L^(-1)和IBA 200 mg·L^(-1)处理可明显促进雪果插穗皮部生根,总体上看,雪果插穗应该属于愈伤部位生根型。The experiment with different kinds and concentrations of hormone in different substrates were carried on softwood cutting of Symphoricarpos sinensis in order to discuss the influence of substrate and hormone on rooting.The results show that rooting rate and rooting number was 90%and 40.40 with river sand as substrate.However,rooting rate and rooting number was only 50%and 20.80 with soil and perlite(4∶1)as substrate.The kinds and concentration of hormone could significantly influence the root growth of Symphoricarpos sinensis cutting.The highest rooting number was 50.20 after treating with NAA 200 mg·L^(-1),the longest root system was 13.28 cm after treating with ABT 200 mg·L^(-1).There was obvious inhibition effect for NAA 200 mg·L^(-1)and ABT 200 mg·L^(-1)on rooting rate of cuttings.The kinds of hormone significantly influenced the rooting types.Only callus rooting type was observed after treating with NAA 200 mg·L^(-1)and CK.The treatments of ABT 200 mg·L^(-1)and IBA 200 mg·L^(-1)could promote cortex rooting of Symphoricarpos sinensis.In general,Symphoricarpos sinensis cutting belonged to rooting type of callus.
