体育锻炼与职工健康因果关系研究——基于浙江省水利行业职工的调查

摘　　要：以浙江省水利行业职工为研究对象,通过调查不同组别水利职工健康状况和参与体育锻炼情况,剖析了水利职工参与体育运动与个人体质健康之间的关系,研究了体育锻炼在水利行业职工健康建设中的作用机制,表明不同年龄段以及不同工作性质水利行业职工的健康状况均存在显著性差异,并由此论述了健康水利职工建设中体育的功能定位、参与路径以及保障机制,可为深入发掘与充分发挥体育助力与支撑健康水利职工建设的功能作用提供借鉴。Selecting water conservancy workers in Zhejiang Province as the research object,based on the investigation of their health status and physical exercise participation of different groups,the relationship between physical exercise participation and individual physical health of water conservancy workers are analyzed,and the function mechanism of physical exercise in health constructionis studied.The results show that there are significant differences in the health status of water conservancy workers in different age groups and different working categories.The functional orientation,participation path,and guarantee mechanism of sports in the construction of physical health for water conservancy workersare discussed,which provides reference for further exploring and improving the function of sports in physical health.
