胸腺肽注射液辅助治疗糖尿病合并肺结核患者的临床效果及对患者血清中免疫细胞水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨胸腺肽注射液辅助治疗糖尿病合并肺结核患者的临床效果及患者血清中免疫细胞水平的影响。方法选取我院(2016年1月至2018年1月)收治的110例糖尿病合并肺结核患者,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组(n=55)接受常规治疗,观察组(n=55)在对照组的基础上接受胸腺肽注射液辅助治疗,对比两组患者不同治疗阶段痰菌阴转情况和不同人群Th17、Treg免疫细胞水平以及不同治疗阶段两组患者Th17、Treg免疫细胞水平和两组症状消失情况。结果治疗前阳性、强化期结束、疗程结束两组患者涂阳及阴转、培养阳性及阴转对比差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组强化期结束、疗程结束后的Th17免疫细胞水平明显高于对照组,Treg免疫细胞水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗结束后的各项临床症状合并率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗的基础上辅助使用胸腺肽注射液可提高糖尿病合并肺结核临床治疗效果,改善T细胞亚群,提高免疫功能,改善临床症状。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thymosin injection in the adjuvant treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis and the influence of serum immune cell level.Methods One hundred and ten patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital(January 2016 to January 2018)were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=55)received conventional treatment,and the observation group(n=55)received thymosin injection on the basis of the control group.Result Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the level of Th17 immune cells in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the level of Treg immune cells in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The combined rate of clinical symptoms in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,thymosin injection can improve the clinical treatment effect of diabetes combined with pulmonary tuberculosis,improve T cell subsets,improve immune function and clinical symptoms.
