贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针对伴有心力衰竭的扩张型心肌病患者应用美托洛尔+贝那普利治疗的临床效果。方法择取我院于2016年1月至2019年1月收治的68例扩张型心肌病患者,均伴有心力衰竭,根据患者的入院先后顺序将其划分为平行组和联合组,各34例。平行组患者接受洋地黄+美托洛尔治疗,联合组患者接受美托洛尔+贝那普利治疗,对比两组患者的心室射血分数、心房内径、心室舒张末径、治疗有效率。结果治疗前,两组患者的心室射血分数、心房内径、心室舒张末径对比,组间数据差异显著(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组患者的心室射血分数、心房内径、心室舒张末径均优于平行组患者,组间数据存在统计学差异,P<0.05。联合组治疗总有效率高于平行组,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对伴有心力衰竭的扩张型心肌病患者给予美托洛尔+贝那普利治疗,相较于洋地黄+美托洛尔治疗,能够更好地改善患者的心功能,提升临床治疗效果,具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol+benazepril in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure.Methods Sixtyeight patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(dilated cardiomyopathy)admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected,and all patients were associated with heart failure.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into parallel group and combination group,with 34 patients in each group.Patients in the parallel group were treated with digitalis and metoprolol,while patients in the combined group were treated with metoprolol and benazepril.The ventricular ejection fraction,atrial inner diameter,ventricular diastolic final diameter and therapeutic effect of patients in the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the comparison of ventricular ejection fraction,atrium inner diameter and ventricular diastolic final diameter between the two groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the ventricular ejection fraction,atrial inner diameter and ventricular diastolic final diameter of patients in the combined group were all better than those in the parallel group,and there were statistical differences between the groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was higher than that in the parallel group,and the data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with digitalis and metoprolol,metoprolol can better improve the cardiac function of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure and improve the clinical treatment effect,which has important clinical significance and is worthy of promotion and application.
