探讨维生素A辅助治疗儿童缺铁性贫血的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨维生素A辅助治疗儿童缺铁性贫血的临床价值。方法本次研究对象为我院儿科2016年1月至2017年1月收治180例缺铁性贫血患儿,将其随机分为两组,分别为研究组和对照组,每组各90例,给予对照组患儿单纯使用硫酸亚铁治疗,给予研究组患儿硫酸亚铁联合维生素A治疗。对比两组患儿经治疗1月后的血红蛋白恢复情况及缺铁性贫血的诊断指标改善情况。结果经过治疗后,研究组患儿血红蛋白恢复的正常率为91.11%,治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组患儿血红蛋白恢复正常率(83.33%)与总有效率(86.67%),差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。两组患儿在临床症状恢复上的差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论对缺铁性贫血患儿在进行补铁同时联合维生素A治疗,能有效改善患儿对铁的吸收、运转和分布,能促进患儿的造血功能,有利于改善患儿缺铁性贫血的临床症状。Objective To investigate the clinical value of vitamin A in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children.Methods The subjects of this study were 180 cases of children with iron deficiency anemia admitted to the department of pediatrics of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups,namely the research group and the control group,with 90 people in each group.The children in the control group were treated with ferrous sulfate alone,and the children in the research group were treated with ferrous sulfate combined with vitamin A.The recovery of hemoglobin and the improvement of diagnostic indexes of iron deficiency anemia were compared between the two groups after 1 month of treatment.Results After treatment,the hemoglobin recovery rate of the study group was 91.11%,and the total effective rate was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%and 86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recovery of clinical symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Iron supplementation combined with vitamin A therapy in children with iron deficiency anemia can effectively improve the absorption,operation and distribution of iron in children,promote hematopoietic function in children,and improve the clinical symptoms of iron deficiency anemia in children.
