摘  要:目的探讨低分子肝素钙在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇预防妊娠期高血压中的应用效果。方法选择我院2019年8月至2020年12月收治的120例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,按照随机分组方法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,对照组仅给予常规预防高血压治疗干预,观察组给予低分子肝素钙预防高血压治疗干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组孕妇妊娠期高血压发生率、孕妇不良妊娠结局发生率、新生儿不良结局发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇临床治疗中,采用低分子肝素钙治疗有助于预防妊娠期高血压,并有助于改善孕妇妊娠结局以及新生儿情况。Objective To explore the effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium in the prevention of gestational hypertension in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods We selected 120 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020,and divided them into observation group and control group according to the random grouping method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was only given routine preventive hypertension treatment intervention.The group was given low-molecular-weight heparin calcium to prevent hypertension.Compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results The incidence of hypertension during pregnancy,the incidence of pregnant women’s adverse pregnancy outcomes,and the incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pregnant women with gestational diabetes,the use of low-molecular-weight heparin calcium treatment can help prevent hypertension during pregnancy and help improve the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women and the condition of the newborn.
