利福喷丁与利福平治疗肺结核患者的效果及对肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨利福喷丁与利福平治疗肺结核患者的效果及对肝功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月锦州市传染病医院收治的80例肺结核患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。两组肺结核患者均予以异烟肼、吡嗪酰胺和乙胺丁醇治疗,试验组患者在上述治疗基础上加用利福喷丁治疗,对照组患者在上述治疗基础上加用利福平治疗。比较两组患者肝功能的异常发生率以及临床治疗效果。结果试验组患者的肝功能异常发生率、临床治疗总有效率均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论利福喷丁治疗肺结核患者的临床疗效显著,且对患者肝功能的影响较小。Objective To investigate the effect of rifapentin and rifampicin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients and the effect on liver function.Methods A total of 80 tuberculosis patients admitted to Jinzhou Infectious Diseases Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Tuberculosis patients in both groups were treated with isoniazid,pyrazinamide and ethambutol.Patients in the experimental group were additively treated with rifapentin and patients in the control group were additively treated with rifampicin.The incidence of abnormal liver function and the clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of abnormal liver function and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of rifapentin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients is significant,and the effect on the liver function of patients is small.
