平喘合剂结合针刺疗法在小儿哮喘缓解期治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究平喘合剂结合针刺疗法在小儿哮喘缓解期治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年8月至2018年7月收治的98例小儿哮喘缓解期患者作为研究对象,按照红蓝双色球法将其均分为两组(n=49),对照组采用常规西药平喘治疗,观察组采用平喘合剂结合针刺疗法治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的喘息、气短、肺部哮鸣音、咳嗽、咯痰痰鸣等发作期证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将平喘合剂结合针刺疗法应用于小儿哮喘缓解期的治疗中,可降低患儿在发作期的各项证候积分,临床治疗效果较好,且不良事件发生率较低。Objective To explore the application value of oral Chinese medicine combined with acupoint acupuncture in remission stage of asthma in children.Methods A total of 98 children with asthma in remission period from August 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to red-blue double-color ball method(n=49).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for asthma relief,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine orally combined with acupoint acupuncture and moxibustion,and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of asthma,shortness of breath,wheezing,cough,sputum and phlegm in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying traditional Chinese medicine orally combined with acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of children with asthma in remission stage can reduce the syndrome scores of children in the onset stage.The clinical therapeutic effect is better,and the incidence of adverse events is lower.
