语言沟通及心理护理在精神病护理中的作用

摘　　要：目的探究语言沟通及心理护理在精神病护理中的应用价值。方法选择110例精神病患者为研究样本,55例对照组患者实施常规护理,55例观察组患者采取语言沟通及心理护理。比较两组患者的精神状态和生活质量评分,对比两组患者的服药依从性。结果观察组的精神状态评分为(41.57±3.29)分,显著低于对照组的(66.31±5.85)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,在整体功能、认知功能、躯体功能、情绪功能等生活质量方面,观察组指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,对照组的服药依从性为80.00%(44/55),观察组的服药依从性为94.55%(52/55),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对精神病患者实施护理期间,应用语言沟通及心理护理,能有效改善患者的精神状态,提升患者的生活质量和服药依从性。Objective To explore the value of language communication and psychological nursing in psychiatric nursing.Methods One hundred and ten patients with mental illness were selected as the study samples,55 patients with control group were given routine nursing,and 55 patients with observation group were given verbal communication and psychological nursing.The mental state and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared,and the compliance of the two groups was compared.Results The mental state of the observation group was(41.57±3.29),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(66.31±5.85),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,in terms of overall function,cognitive function,physical function,and emotional function,the indicators of the observation group were all superior to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the other hand,the drug compliance of the control group was 80.00%(44/55),and that of the observation group was 94.55%(52/55).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of language communication and psychological care during the nursing period can effectively improve the patient’s mental state,improve the quality of life and drug compliance.
