心理护理干预对老年心房颤动患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的分析心理护理干预对老年心房颤动患者负面情绪的影响。方法挑选本院收治的老年心房颤动患者共86例,分2组,每组43例。对照组采取常规护理干预,试验组采取心理护理干预,对比两组的护理满意度、进食情况和睡眠质量评分,以及干预前后负面情绪的变化情况。结果对照组的护理满意度72.09%(31/43)低于试验组(95.35%,41/43)(P<0.05)。试验组的进食情况及睡眠质量评分要比对照组高(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的SAS及SDS评分均无明显差异(P>0.05);和干预前比,干预后两组的SAS及SDS评分均显著下降,且试验组的SAS及SDS评分远低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年心房颤动患者实施心理护理干预,可显著改善患者的负面情绪及生活质量,护理效果显著。Objective To analyze the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotion of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods Eighty-six elderly patients with atrial fibrillation were selected and divided into 2 groups(43 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the experimental group was given psychological nursing intervention.Before and after the intervention,the changes of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of nursing in the control group was 72.09%(31/43)lower than that of the experimental group(95.35%,41/43)(P<0.05).The scores of food intake and sleep quality in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and after the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the negative emotion and quality of life of the elderly patients with atrial fibrillation.
