舒适护理在老年哮喘患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究舒适护理在老年哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年6月在我院呼吸内科住院治疗的老年哮喘患者100例纳入研究,按照住院号单双数,将之分为两组,每组50例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理,对比两组护理效果。结果护理干预后,在哮喘发作次数、哮喘发作频率及住院时间上,观察组数值均小于对照组,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义;在舒适度、满意度及依从率上,观察组均高于对照组,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论舒适护理应用于老年哮喘患者中,可有效提升治疗效果,提高其生理、心理舒适度,缩短住院时间。Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in elderly patients with asthma.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,100 elderly patients with asthma who were hospitalized in the department of respiratory medicine in our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the number of hospitalization,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the number of asthma attacks,the frequency of asthma attacks and the hospitalization time in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance;in comfort,satisfaction and compliance rate,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),there was statistical significance.Conclusion Comfort nursing applied to elderly asthma patients can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve their physiological and psychological comfort,shorten the hospitalization time.
