人性化护理联合常规护理在泌尿外科护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究探讨人性化护理联合常规护理在泌尿外科护理中的应用效果。方法根据随机数表法将我院泌尿外科2017年11月至2019年4月收治的172例患者分成两组,设为对照组与研究组,每组86例。对照组86例患者给予常规护理,研究组86例患者给予常规护理联合人性化护理,比较患者住院时间、症状缓解时间以及SCL-90评分,同时调查患者对本次护理服务的满意度。结果(1)研究组住院时间及症状缓解时间明显比对照组短,SCL-90评分比对照组低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)通过调查发现,研究组护理满意度比对照组高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿外科护理中,常规护理联合人性化护理模式的应用价值高。Objective To study the application effect of humanistic nursing combined with routine nursing in urological nursing.Methods One hundred and seventy-two patients admitted to our urology department from November 2017 to April 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,which were set as control group and research group,86 cases in each group.86 patients in the control group were given routine nursing;86 patients in the research group were given routine nursing and humanistic nursing.The hospitalization time,symptom relief time and SCL-90 score of the patients were compared,and the satisfaction of the patients with this nursing service was investigated.Results(1)The hospitalization time and symptom relief time of the research group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the SCL-90 score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)Through investigation,it was found that the nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In urological nursing,the application value of conventional nursing and humanistic nursing mode is high.
