综合护理干预在脑卒中继发癫痫患者中的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析观察脑卒中继发癫痫患者接受综合护理干预取得的临床效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月我院接诊的脑卒中继发癫痫患者76例,随机分为数量相等的对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组与观察组患者均在相同治疗方案下分别展开常规性护理与综合护理干预。分析不同护理措施的效果。结果护理后观察组临床护理满意度、Barthel指数均高于对照组,NHISS评分低于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者身体情况、精神情况、自信心、环境情况评分均高于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中继发癫痫患者提供综合护理干预,可明显减轻患者神经功能损伤,提高患者生活能力,有助于患者预后。Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,76 patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke were randomly selected.According to the principle of singular and plural grouping,the patients were divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention under the same treatment scheme.Objective to analyze the effect of different nursing measures.Results After nursing,the clinical nursing satisfaction and Barthel index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the NHISS score was lower than that of the control group,with significant differences in data(P<0.05).The physical condition,mental condition,selfconfidence,and environmental condition scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to provide comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke,which can not only reduce the neurological damage,but also improve the living ability and prognosis of patients.
