综合护理干预应用于小儿急性肾炎护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的评价综合护理干预应用于小儿急性肾炎护理中的效果。方法选取2019年7月至2020年7月到我院治疗的33例小儿急性肾炎患儿为观察组,同时期到我院进行治疗的另外33例小儿急性肾炎患儿为对照组。两组患儿均进行常规治疗,同时对观察组行综合护理,对照组行常规护理,评价不同护理所取得的效果。结果观察组总有效率、并发症发生率分别为96.97%、3.03%,均明显优于对照组的69.68%、21.21%,P<0.05;观察组住院时间、护理质量评分分别为(10.02±1.03)d、(92.48±3.55)分,明显优于对照组的(15.44±2.32)d、(86.45±3.26)分,P<0.05。结论对急性肾炎患儿应用综合护理措施进行干预能够有效提升治疗的总体效果,降低并发症的发生率,缩短住院时间,促进了护理质量的提高。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of children with acute nephritis.Methods The 33 children with acute nephritis who came to our hospital for treatment from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the observation group,and the other 33 children with acute nephritis who came to our hospital for treatment during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups of children received conventional treatment.At the same time,the observation group received comprehensive care and the control group received conventional care.To evaluate days,the effects of different care.Results The total effective rate and complication rate of the observation group were 96.97%and 3.03%,which were significantly better than 69.68%and 21.21%of the control group,P<0.05;the hospitalization time and nursing quality scores of the observation group were(10.02±1.03)days,(92.48±3.55)points,significantly better than the control group(15.44±2.32)days,(86.45±3.26)points,P<0.05.Conclusion Intervention with comprehensive nursing measures for children with acute nephritis can effectively improve the overall effect of treatment,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the hospitalization time,and promote the improvement of nursing quality.
