针对性护理措施对剖宫产产妇产褥感染的预防效果

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理措施对剖宫产产妇产褥感染的预防效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年7月来我院治疗的140例剖宫产产妇,以随机方法分为观察组和对照组,均为70例,分娩时分别对两组产妇配合针对性护理措施和常规护理措施,比较两组产妇切口感染率、产褥感染率、视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分(PSQI)评分。结果观察组切口感染率、产褥感染率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的VAS评分、PSQI评分明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇实施针对性护理指导可以降低切口感染和产褥感染发生率,对改善疼痛,提升睡眠质量发挥了重要作用。Objective To analyze the preventive effects of targeted nursing measures on puerperal infection in cesarean section women.Methods The 140 cases of cesarean section women who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,both of which were 70 cases.During childbirth,the two groups of puerpera were matched with targeted nursing measures and routine nursing measures.The incidence of incision infection,puerperal infection rate,visual analog pain score(VAS)score,and Pittsburgh sleep quality score(PSQI)score were compared between the two groups.Results The incision infection rate and puerperal infection rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the VAS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out targeted nursing guidance for cesarean section women can reduce the incidence of incision infection and puerperal infection,and play an important role in improving pain and improving sleep quality.
