摘  要:步进电机具有结构简单、控制方便等优点,被广泛应用在负载不大、速度要求不高的开环控制系统中。文章基于TRINAMIC公司PD-1140驱动模块开发的测试盒,并结合反电动势堵转检测算法StallGuard2,进行堵转测试实验,确定测试参数和测试方法,为开环控制步进电机提供了实用的无传感器堵转测试诊断方法。Because of the stepping motor’s advantages of single structure and being easy to be controlled,it is widely used into the open-loop control system in which both the motor load and moving speed are not very high.The stall detection test is conducted by employing the test box consisted of the PD-1140 module developed by TRINAMIC Company and combined with the StallGuard2 calculation method for the stall detection of stepping motors,so as to determine the test parameters and test way,providing the open-loop controlled stepping motor a practical diagnose method by means of the stall detection without sensor.
