摘 要:水冷在新能源汽车驱动电机中应用广泛,冷却液温度会影响电机最终温升。通过理论分析、仿真和试验结合的方式,对冷却液进口温度对电机温升的影响机理开展研究。研究结果表明:冷却液温度升高时,一方面会引起冷却液热物性变化,使冷却效果略有提高;但另一方面却会导致电机的损耗变大。但冷却液温度升高对冷却效果的提高极其有限,而由冷却液温度变化引起的电机损耗改变,才是影响电机最终温升的决定因素。Water cooling is widely used in the drive motor of the new energy vehicles.The f inal temperature-rise of motors is affected by temperature of the cooling water.Mechanism about influence on the temperature-rise of the motor by temperature of inlet water is researched through performing the theoretical analysis,simulation and test synthetically.Research results show that thermal physical property of the coolant will change when the cooling water temperature increasing,resulting in the improvement of the cooling effect,on other hand,it will lead to great increase of the motor loss when the cooling water temperature increasing.However,the improvement of cooling effect is tiny but great increase of the motor loss when the cooling water temperature increasing is the decisive factor of the final the temperature-rise of the motor.
