防眩汤合温胆汤治疗痰浊中阻型周围性眩晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察防眩汤合温胆汤对痰浊中阻型周围性眩晕症的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年7月入院治疗的40例痰浊中阻型周围性眩晕症患者,按就诊顺序编号随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。对照组予抗组胺及活血化瘀等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合服用防眩汤合温胆汤,治疗7d为一个疗程,比较两组临床症状总分、总体疗效及安全性。结果:治疗组临床症状改善程度优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为100%,高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:在常规治疗下配合口服中药防眩汤合温胆汤对痰浊中阻型周围性眩晕症的临床症状改善效果显著,且安全可靠。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fangxuan decoction combined with Wendan decoction on peripheral vertigo of phlegm turbidity obstruction type.Methods:From March 2019 to July 2020,40 patients with peripheral vertigo of phlegm turbidity obstruction type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the treatment order,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional trearments such as antihistamine and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,while the treatment group was given Fangxuan decoction and Wendan decoction on the basis of the control group,with 7 days as a course of treatment.Compared the total score of clinical symptoms,overall efficacy and safety between the two groups.Results:The improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the difference was significant obviously(P<0.01);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100,which was higher than 75 of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no obvious adverse reaction western medicine both group.Conclusion:With the conventional treatments,combined with oral traditional chinese medicine Fangxuan decoction and Wendan decoction,the clinical symptoms of phlegm vertigo of phlegm turbidity obstruction type are significantly improved,and it is safe and reliable.
