单层黑磷烯中极化子的有效质量

摘　　要：利用LLP幺正变换、线性组合算符和变分相结合的方法研究了单层黑磷烯的有效质量.通过数值计算得到了极化子有效质量随黑磷烯与基底之间的距离、声子能量的变化关系.数值计算结果表明:当基底给定时,单层黑磷烯中极化子的有效质量在扶手椅方向和折叠方向的有效质量均随声子能量和基底间距的增大而减小;但是两个方向上的变化快慢不同,说明黑磷烯具有各向异性.基底不同时,有效质量不同,但是变化规律相同.The effective mass of polaron in monolayer black phosphorene was investigated using Lee-Low-Pines(LLP)unitary transformation,linear combination operator and variational combination methods.The effective mass of polaron varies with the distance between black phosphorene and the substrate and phonon energy by nu⁃merical calculation.These numerical calculations show that when the substrate is given,the effective mass of the polaron in monolayer black phosphorene decreases with the increase of phonon energy and substrate spacing in both armchair and folding directions,but the rate of change in the two directions was different,indicating that black phosphorene has anisotropy.When the substrate is different,the effective mass is different,but the law of change is the same.
