摘 要:以蛭石为基质,以盐敏感品种“日本青”、耐盐品种“绿领八号”与根瘤菌共生体为研究对象,采用人工气候箱培养,研究NaCl胁迫对菜用大豆结瘤固氮的影响.结果表明,NaCl胁迫导致2个品种菜用大豆地上部、地下部生物量,根瘤数、根瘤鲜重,地上部、地下部植株含氮量显著降低,且降幅随胁迫程度的增大而增加.2个品种地上部含氮量的降幅相近,其余指标均表现为绿领八号的降幅低于日本青.进一步研究发现,NaCl胁迫显著降低了2个品种的固氮酶活性、根瘤豆血红蛋白含量、根系活力、根瘤类菌体中氨含量,但根瘤细胞浆中氨含量显著增加,且绿领八号在不同胁迫浓度下的降幅、增幅均低于日本青.说明NaCl胁迫显著抑制了2个品种的结瘤固氮作用,绿领八号在NaCl胁迫下表现出了较强的根瘤形成、发育及固氮能力,这与其能维持相对较高的根系活力、根瘤豆血红蛋白含量、固氮酶活性及NH3进一步转化能力密切相关.The effect of NaCl stress on nodulation and nitrogen fixation of vegetable soybean was studied by us⁃ing artificial climate chamber,vermiculite as a substrate.Salt-sensitive variety“RiBenQing”and salt-tolerant va⁃riety“Lvling No.8”were used as the research objects NaCl stress caused the aboveground and underground bio⁃mass,nodule number,fresh weight of root nodules,and the nitrogen content of the aboveground and underground plants of the two varieties to decrease significantly,and the decrease rate increased with the increase of stress de⁃gree.The decrease in the aboveground nitrogen content of these two varieties was similar.Other indicators showed that the decrease of Lvling No.8 was lower than that of RiBenQing.NaCl stress significantly reduced the nitrogenase activity of the two varieties,and nodule leghemoglobin content,root vitality,and ammonia content in root nodule bacteria,but the ammonia content in root nodule cytoplasm increased significantly.The decrease and increase of Lvling No.8 under different stress concentrations were lower than those of RiBenQing.This indicates that NaCl stress significantly inhibits nodulation and nitrogen fixation of the two varieties.Lvling No.8 showed strong nodule formation,development and nitrogen fixation ability under NaCl stress.These results were closely related to the maintenance of relatively high root vitality,nodule leghemoglobin content,nitrogenase activity and further conversion capacity of NH3.
