摘  要:为探索影响不育系异交结实率的因素,对异交结实率为高、中、低的3个大豆不育系的龙骨瓣开张度、花柱长度、萼片长度等9个花器官性状与异交结实率的相关性进行分析.结果表明,不育系的柱头+花柱总长、萼片长度、花药表面积、泌蜜量与异交结实率达到极显著相关水平,与异交结实率呈正比.通径分析表明,柱头+花柱总长、花柱长度、泌蜜量、龙骨瓣开张度对异交结实率有直接积极作用.灰色关联度分析表明,花药表面积与异交结实率相关系数最高.综上,在实际育种工作中,应以较长的柱头+花柱总长为基础,选择泌蜜量较高、花柱较长、龙骨瓣开张度较大、萼片长度较短、柱头和花药表面积较小的不育系作为母本,可有效提高结实率,增加产量.In order to explore the factors affecting the outcrossing seed setting rate of male sterile lines,the corre⁃lation of 9 floral organs characters,of 3 soybean male sterile lines with high,medium and low outcrossing seed setting rate were analyzed.Characters monitored included keel flap opening,style and sepal length,and outcross⁃ing seed setting rate.The total length of stigma and style of male sterile line,sepal length,anther surface area,and nectar production were significantly correlated with outcrossing seed setting rate,and positively correlated with outcrossing seed setting rate.Path analysis showed that,stigma+total length of style,style length,nectar production,and the opening degree of keel petal had direct positive effects on outcrossing seed setting rate.Grey correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between anther surface area and outcrossing seed set⁃ting rate was the highest.In conclusion,in the actual breeding process,based on the longer stigma+total length of style,the male sterile lines with higher nectar secretion,longer style,larger keel petal opening,shorter sepal length,smaller stigma surface area and smaller anther surface area should be selected as female parents,which can effectively improve the seed setting rate and yield.
